Asesor político, filólogo y estudiante de Derecho. Presidente de la Organización Democrática Mundial de Costa Rica y miembro fundador del Instituto Internacional de Derechos Humanos de América en Costa Rica, ha trabajado como asesor parlamentario y actualmente asesora en el Ministerio de Vivienda y Asentamientos Humanos. Ha publicado numerosos artículos sobre educación, administración pública y política en medios nacionales.
